Wouter De Winter is my name, but what does this tell you? Nothing much, apart from that it doesn't sound German. Which is convenient, because that is one of the many things I'm not. I'm also not gay (contrary to popular belief ;) ) Bring it on!

We picked ut the these words from Serious Monday development diary: The word that I would use to describe how demo went would be: "Super!" If we were in the fifties, the word would probably be: "Swell!". Thanks God we are not in the fifties. We received thousands of e-mails with positive reactions regarding demo and that's why we are all very happy and excited. It seems that you like new enemies, weapons, gameplay, setting, sounds, music... yadda yadda yadda... everything... except the box. Which you all just adore!

Chaser Movie

Chaser is a first person shooter, built on the high-end 3D engine (CloakNT), in which main character passes through real environments and uses real weapons. Now there is a new movie available for download and you find it on the official site for the game.

Tony Hawk 4 Announced

Activision, Inc. confirmed today that the company is currently in development on the fourth product in the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater franchise, one of the largest brands in interactive entertainment. The game, which is being created by premier developer Neversoft Entertainment, will feature the signature gameplay, top-rated skaters and intuitive controls that have made the franchise a critical and commercial success. The title is slated for release in fiscal year 2003.

Age of Mythology in September 2002

Microsoft today announced that Age of Mythology, Ensemble Studios' latest real-time strategy game, will be available in September of 2002. Age of Mythology is set in a mythological past when heroes battled monsters of legend, and gods intervened in the affairs of mortal men. To celebrate this announcement, Microsoft is unveiling a movie that showcases the ancient Norse civilization. The AVI is available for download here.
