NEC Games Announces 'Tube Slider' (NGC)

NEC Interchannel, Ltd., a subsidiary of NEC Corporation, today announced its plans to enter the gaming industry as a third-party publisher for the PlayStation2, GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and the Xbox. NEC comes back after an eight-year hiatus and plans to publish for all next-gen consoles. At the same token NEC Interchannel announces their first NGC game "Tube Slider". Read more for details...

The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal - Update Patch Available NOW

Bethesda Softworks has released a new patch for The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal, updating this 3D role-playing expansion to v1.4.1313. Enigma: Rising Tide is a groundbreaking concept melding cinematic pacing with immersive graphics and historical accuracy to produce the worlds first alternate history, naval warfare vehicular shooter game. Enigma was initially created solely as an online game, however after discovering the title and its massive potential, GMX entered into an agreement with the developers to produce a FULL retail, single player version of the title. The size and scope of the Retail version is stunning and includes a huge number of Patrols as well as comprehensive Submarine and Surface Command Campaigns. In all more than 60 distinct missions are available to be played from a large variety of Ships and Submarines. Enigma is also one of a very few games that can be played completely by voice command giving the player an added element of immersion. In keeping with the original intent behind Enigma, Tesseraction Games has agreed to include a free 30 day trial of Enigma: Rising Tide Multiplayer when it is launched later this year.

Infogrames is creating a third installment in the smash hit Driver series, currently titled Driver 3, for the Xbox/PS2/GameCube and PC. The game is being developed by Infogrames' own Reflections Interactive in Newcastle, England, the team responsible for the original two Driver games and Stuntman. "The success of the Driver franchise is an historic milestone in the gaming industry. Driver 3 on the PS2/Xbox/GameCube and PC will undoubtedly take the franchise to another level of success and gaming experience", said Larry Sparks, Vice president of European Marketing, Infogrames. Encore, a majority-owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation today announced that its Nintendo Game Boy Advance version of Marvel's "Daredevil" has begun shipping, just in time for the February 14th premiere of the highly anticipated New Regency/20th Century Fox/Marvel Studios "Daredevil" movie starring Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.
