The World Cyber Games semi-final action continues this weekend at CompUSA locations across the nation with Half Life: Counter Strike on Saturday, July 19th and Unreal Tournament 2003 on Sunday, July 20th. Jaleco just informed us that they have launched the official website for their upcoming RTS 'Goblin Commander'. To kick-off the official 'Goblin Commander' website features a gallery of concept art and the recently released screenshots showing the two-month design enhancement from the 24-member art team. Millar, a PC strategy game veteran hand-picked to lead the console-inspired development team, discusses the Fog Of War methods used in the game to balance strategy elements with design goals.

'XIII' Gets Famous Voices

Ubi Soft rounded out its AAA cast of voice talent for its highly anticipated action-shooter, XIII, by signing David Duchovny as its title character as well as Adam West (TV's Batman) as General Carrington. Previously Ubisoft already signed actress/musician Eve. XIII is an epic, conspiracy-driven thriller set in a highly stylized graphic-novel world and is scheduled to release on all game consoles as well as the PC in Fall 2003.

Phantom Game Console to be Unveiled at Ultimate Gamers Expo
