'Siren' (PS2) Ships To Stores

'Panic Maker' (PS2) Coming To North America As 'Under the Skin'

Capcom today presents Under the Skin for the PlayStation2. Under the Skin allows gamers to take the reigns of a mischievous alien named Cosmi who travels the galaxy on a training mission to pull pranks and initiate panic on the planet Earth. Transform into the personas of the individuals Cosmi meets in order to complete the tasks for returning home in this unique and interesting twist on the action genre. Under the Skin is scheduled for release throughout North America this fall.

'Painkiller' - Multiplayer Demo Coming

Dreamcatcher has announced that the anticipated Painkiller multiplayer demo will be released May 3rd and the demo will allow players to blow each other to bits in two modes: the self-explanatory Deathmatch and Voosh, a Deathmatch variation where players are given random weapons--but unlimited ammo--for a limited time. It will also feature two maps: DM-Sacred and DM-Cursed and will include all the updates and optimizations from the upcoming 1.1 patch (thanks Gamespot ). The Painkiller 1.1 patch will support the new NVIDIA 6800 cards with Pixel Shader 3.0 effects as well as improve the netcode, but has been delayed a few days as it seems (was expected today).

Electronic Arts announced today that former University of Pittsburgh Panthers wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald will appear on the cover of the newest iteration of EA SPORTS best-selling college football franchise, NCAA Football 2005.
