'PT Boats: Knights of the Sea' - Screens

PT Boats is the first simulator of the Mosquito-fleet, created with the use of technologies of a level never seen before in naval combat simulator games. The key features are: astonishingly beautiful dynamic sea, historically authentic World War II ships and weapons, possibility to control any member of the crew and a multiplayer game. Patrol Torpedo Boats were used in WW2 mainly to attack large cruiser due ot their maneuverability and speed.

'DRIV3R' - Update Patch #2 Available NOW

Featuring Hollywood-level production values and a gripping, narrative story line, DRIV3R casts players once again as Tanner, a jaw breaking, no-holds-barred undercover cop who does whatever it takes to bring the bad guys down. Atari has released a new update for the US edition of Reflexive's action/racing game, although details are unavailable. 'Painkiller' - v1.64 Update Patch And Server Available NOW

Dreamcatcher has released a massive patch for People Can Fly's FPS, Painkiller. This update brings your retail game to v1.64 and on top of previous v1.63 fixes (fixes invisible gold armor and dead bodies bug, reworking the freezer weapon), it now also addresses a path problem in the Docks level, and a few demo recording tweaks. Square Enix Promotion Woos Old 'Final Fantasy' Players

Square Enix announced today that it will launch the "Return Home to Vana'dielĀ®" campaign for Final Fantasy XI beginning Thursday, April 14. For a limited time, registration codes will be issued free of charge to allow players to come back to PlayOnline, play Final Fantasy XI, and even recover and play their previous Final Fantasy XI characters.

Court Orders Sony to Pay Immersion $90.7M

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California entered judgment in Immersion's favor in its patent infringement suit against Sony. The Court's judgment awarded Immersion $90.7 million in past damages and interest and also ordered Sony to halt U.S. sales of its PlayStation game consoles, although the judge immediately put her ruling on hold while the appeal is pending.

'Tomb Raider 7' Announcement Coming Soon

Eidos is preparing to announce the newest title in the Tomb Raider franchise is the next few days, as it has just put up a teaser page on the official Tombraider website, saying an announcement is due soon. The website header reveals a possible 'Tomb Raider Legends' name, and the background picture hints at a possible Aztec or Egyptian setting, but thats pure speculation Back in 2004, developer Crystal Dynamicsm who just finished "Project Snowblind," took over the project from Crystal Dynamics and promises to bring the new Lara Croft game back to its roots, and more in line with Ubisoft's Prince of Persia.

'Jak 4', 'Sly 3' And 'Ratchet 4' (PS2) Revealed

Yes you read it right, the newest issue of EGM reveals not one, but three new PS2 titles, all scheduled for fall 2005. Jak & Daxter 4 will be released under the name Jak X, and unlike previous titles in the franchise will be GTA like combat racing game. In Sly 3 you will have to recover Sly's secret family fortune as you visit exotic locations like China, Venice and Australia. This time around you will also be able to play as some of Sly's foes. Ratchet: Deadlocked will be more a squad based title, but the part Clank will play in this title has not yet been disclosed. Read more for additional details ...
