video game series is being translated to the big screen. Four screenwriters collaborated on the script, and Hong Kong action-movie director, Cory Yuen ("Romeo Must Die") is at the helm. A few "Maxim" cover girls have been cast, including Jaime Pressly, Devon Aoki, Natassia Malthe and Australian pop star Holly Valance. According to IMDb
, "D.O.A.: Dead or Alive" is currently filming and is scheduled for a 2006 release.

The Worms series recently diversified with Worms Forts Under Siege, a tactical RTS-like spin-off created for Sega. However, Worms 4: Mayhem is a return to the series' trademark gameplay and sees Team 17's core Worms design and development team regrouping for a game of explosive annelid annihilation.

Majesco announced today Nanostray will ship to stores July 19. A 3D sci-fi shooter developed by Shin’en, Nanostray boasts a wide array of weapons, un-lockable features and game modes, as well as an online ranking system that tracks the game’s top players. Nanostray’s touch screen features will allow players to track enemy movement via interactive radar and manage the various weapons and other special pick ups.
