'Lost Planet: Extreme Condition' (X360) Gets Lobby/Matchmaking Revamp

Ever since the multiplayer demo release of its sci-fi action shooter Lost Planet, Capcom has been listening to community feedback and already made several key changes, but will also be working on a launch day patch that will mostly address Lobby and Matchmaking functionality.

Sony Releases v1.3.1 PS3 Firmware Update

In its mere 3 weeks of existence, the PS3 has now received its fourth update, addressing an issue with PS2 titles requiring access to the HD (Final Fantasy XI for instance), as well as updating various PSOne and PS2 backwards compatibility titles. Wii made its debut across Europe last week on Friday 8th December, with thousands of people lined up to get their hands on Nintendo’s new console. EA has released a new patch for the 17th installment in its long running football franchise, Madden NFL 2007. The new update corrects lag issues that gamers were experiencing when playing the game against an opponent across a large geographical distance. Players were incorrectly aging in certain Create-A-Player/Train-A-Player situations. This has been fixed as well.
