Crackdown pushes the action-driving hybrid genre into the next generation with the introduction of the first-ever truly 3-dimensional persistent playground, highly innovative co-op gameplay and an extensive prop interaction system. A co-op enabled singleplayer demo was scheduled for Jan. 18, but Microsoft informed us that due to certification it has been delayed, but will be released before end of the month.

Ubisoft announced that Cosmic Family, an exciting space adventure geared toward young children for the Wii and developed by Ubisoft's Barcelona studio, will launch worldwide in mid-2007.
