Monster Hunter Freedom 2 borrows various elements from Monster Hunter 2 on the PS2. The handheld sequel will feature ad hoc and online multiplayer, as well as new weapons and new locations such as snow-covered landscapes. MHF 2 has shipped over one million copies since its Japanese launch a little over a week ago on Feb. 22, accounting for 39% of all games sold during the week of its release.

Ubisoft announced that in celebration of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise and the launch of its upcoming TMNT video game March 20, it is releasing Digital Eclipse's remake of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1989 classic arcade game on Xbox Live Arcade later this month.

Blizzard has released a small update for its MMORPG World of Warcraft. This v2.0.10 patch, for the German, UK, French and Spanish editions of the game, addresses a bunch of PvP issues, balances several of the classes, tweaks items and fixes problems with various raids and dungeons.
