UFO: Afterlight is the next installment in the UFO: Aftermath and UFO: Aftershock series, bringing a completely new insight to the story of Aftershock, this time from the perspective of lonely human inhabitants on Mars. In order to implement full vista compatibility Topware Interactive has delayed UFO: Afterlight's ship date from May 1, to May 15.

Independent Entertainment News has gotten the scoop that Jerry Bruckheimer finally settled on a director for the movie adaptation based on Ubisoft's Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time. Michael Bay, currently finishing The Transformers, will direct, and the movie is currently set to be released Summer 2009. PoP creator Jordan Mechner wrote the first draft of the screenplay with subsequent drafts by Jeffrey Nachmanoff.
