A few months back Ubisoft signed a license deal with Touchstone Television to turn ABC's hit drama Lost into a new game franchise. It has been quiet ever since, but LOST producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse confirmed that Ubisoft Montreal is working on X360, PS3 and PC editions of the game.

As it turns out, those particular assets are indeed being used by both titles, but are part of a package sold by Marlin Studios, which lists both Valve and Activision as its customers, and confirmed its pre-made textures are being used in Half-Life 2.
