Xbox 360 Can Handle Blu-ray ... If Need Be

Ever since Microsoft decided to go with HD-DVD for the Xbox 360, there has been a "format war" with Sony. With Warner's decision last week to go Blu-ray exclusive, many industry insiders predict it's only a matter of time for the score to be settled. According to Reuters, Xbox group marketing manager Albert Penello stated that, "It should be consumer choice; and if that's the way they vote, that's something we'll have to consider." Microsoft never confirmed or denied possible Blu-ray support ...

Microsoft and U.S. Army Team Up for 'Halo 3' (X360) Tournament

Microsoft and the U.S. Army announced that U.S. gamers will have a chance to prove their skills in the first ever Halo 3 Championship Tournament, hosted exclusively on Xbox Live. Registration will begin in March, and the actual tournament kicks off in April 2008, preceded by Basic Combat Training exercises.

Namco Bandai is working on no less than four titles in the Tales Of franchise, one of them being Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatoskr for the Wii. While there has yet to be an official announcement, we do know it is set two years later, and Emile Castanie is the new hero.
