Back in early 2007 New Line Cinema (now a unit of Warner Bros.) acquired the movie rights to Epic's action game Gears of War, to be adapted by Stuart Beattie and produced by Temple Hill Entertainment. During an interview with ComingSoon Twilight producer Wyck Godfrey revealed when we can expect to see the movie in theaters, "We've got our script on and a director we're about to attach. We'll hopefully make that early next year for the summer of 2010."

Today's Big Story
Set in New York, Rockstar is bringing its open-ended crime series to the next-gen consoles with Grand Theft Auto IV, situated around mysterious protagonist Nikolai. Rockstar's Jeronimo Barrera revealed that the PS3 will also get downloadable content, according to the latest PlayStation World Magazine, but no further details were revealed. Speculations are that this will either be the same DLC material as the Xbox 360 but after the "timed" exclusivity period runs out, or something new tied in with Sony's HOME community in terms of unlockable goodies, such as outfits, posters, or invite friends to watch replays inside your HOME-theater, before you head off to some co-op fun.
Black Bean's fast paced racing game SBK-08 Superbike World Championship, developed by Milestone, is the officially licensed WSBK, and will storm the next-gen consoles with brand new features and enhancements.
