While retail outlets Gamestop and EBGames have Take Two's action/horror follow-up pegged for an Oct. 5, 2009 release, details are nothing but guesswork so far. However 2K Games community manager Elizabeth Tobey has confirmed that the BioShock sequel has dropped the "Sea of Dreams" subtitle and will henceforth simply be known as BioShock 2.

'NHL 10' Not Coming to PC or PS2

While EA has yet to officially announce the next installment in its hockey franchise, there won't be a PC or PS2 edition of NHL 10, according to the Hockey Downloads forum. Citing "economic reasons," EA's Ryan Nicholas revealed that it wasn't worth putting manpower into those versions. PC sales aren't high enough to create a significant profit for the company, and those development teams have instead been reassigned to work on the X360/PS3 versions.
