Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

MLB SlugFest2006 (PS2/Xbox)

Midway Games today announced that it has shipped the latest edition of the adrenaline-style baseball franchise, MLB SlugFest2006.

"MLB SlugFest 2006 provides gamers with a much needed alternative gaming experience as the only MLB licensed baseball videogame featuring adrenaline-fueled game play," said Steve Allison, chief marketing officer, Midway. "Midway is excited to be able to deliver the 'non-simulated,' over-the-top baseball option at retail this year, and we feel that this year's SlugFest will offer a quality, entertaining product at a competitive price point."

Midway's newest offering of its over-the-top baseball series, MLB SlugFest 2006 features an all-new create-a-player mode, updated 2006 team rosters and stadiums, along with a new library of signature animations and extreme collisions that have distinguished the franchise since its debut in 2002.

Available for the PlayStation2 and Xbox, MLB SlugFest 2006 is available now at a U.S. suggested retail price of $19.99.
