by Rainier on March 27, 2007 @ 2:45 a.m. PDT

Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

Made Man (PS2/PC)

Made Man presents gamers with a crime drama heretofore unseen in video games as they assume the role of Joey Verola and follow his every move from the jungles of war-torn Vietnam to his murderous rise through the ranks of the underworld.

Spanning three decades, Joey's story unfurls during a harrowing day in New York as he regales his curious nephew with a cautionary tale of what it takes to make it in the unforgiving world of Cosa Nostra. Organized crime expert and author David Fisher (Killer, Hit 29, The Good Guys) lends his expertise to the narrative, which includes scenarios based on real-world events, giving gamers an authentic peek inside the world of ruthless wise guys.

Along with its riveting story, Made Man features licensed music that captures the spirit of each decade and a number of compelling gameplay elements that are sure to keep shooter fans glued to the screen. These include more than 25 weapons (pistols, rifles, shotguns and various melee weapons), dual wielding, jump-to-cover mechanics, picture-in-picture remote viewing of key locations, deformable environments and rag-doll physics.

Meet the Robinsons (ALL)

The dastardly Bowler Hat Guy and his robotic hat Doris are weaving through time, changing the past and warping the future. It's up to Wilbur Robinson to outmaneuver the diabolical duo in Walt Disney Pictures Presents Meet the Robinsons video games. Offering a captivating, time-traveling adventure inspired by the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures animated film, Meet the Robinsons is now available for the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, Nintendo GameCube, Windows PC and Game Boy Advance.

The games' unique story line expands the movie's plot by exploring the alternative futures of several characters that are affected by the Bowler Hat Guy. This original story line led to the creation of two new villains, exclusive to the video games and created in cooperation between developer Avalanche Software and Walt Disney Animation Studios.

The games' levels represent entirely new worlds like Ancient Egypt and gadgets such as the Protectosphere, along with popular film sets such as the Science Fair. Players utilize Wilbur's gadgets in clever and entertaining ways to unravel puzzles and complete missions. In addition to discovering hidden upgrades and exploring fantastical locales, players interact with hysterical and distinct characters from the film as they adventure through stunning, interactive environments that expand the movie universe.

Each console version showcases the platform's unique capabilities. On the Xbox 360 players can post scores and view achievements on Xbox LIVE. With the Wii, players can enable features like aiming the Wii Remote to fire gadgets and using the Nunchuk's motion sensor to target objects.

The handheld versions of Meet The Robinsons feature unique gameplay and story experiences. On the Nintendo DS, players take advantage of the system's touch screen capabilities to aid Wilbur in his quest to retrieve Cornelius Robinson's stolen time-machine, and participate in single or wireless multiplayer touch-based matches of the Charge Ball mini-game. On the Game Boy Advance, players will venture from the present to the future in an effort to free the Robinson family from the clutches of Little Doris and her villainous minions.

Meet the Robinsons is available for the suggested retail price of $19.99 (PC), $29.99 (PlayStation 2, Nintendo DS, Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance) and $49.99 (Wii and Xbox 360). The game is rated E 10+ for "Everyone ten and older" on all systems except Game Boy Advance, which is rated E for "Everyone" by the ESRB.

Metal Slug Anthology (PS2)

Metal Slug Anthology celebrates the 10th anniversary of one of the greatest action arcade franchises of all time. Included in the collection are Metal Slug, Metal Slug 2, Metal Slug X, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug 4, Metal Slug 5, and the latest entry in the series, Metal Slug 6.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles (X360/PC)

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles features more than 30 hours of new gameplay and allows players to explore an entirely new plane of Oblivion - the realm of Sheogorath, the Daedric Prince of Madness. The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles adds to the existing world of Oblivion so players can continue with their existing save game/character, or create an all new character just to explore the new content.

Within the Realm of Sheogorath, players can explore the two extreme sides of the god's madness - the sublimely creative and the completely psychotic. Something is happening to the Shivering Isles and Sheogorath himself looks to compel players to be his champion and defend his realm and its inhabitants from destruction. The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles will challenge players to survive his trials, tame a realm fraught with paranoia and despair, and wear the mantle of a god.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles features a bizarre landscape split between the two sides - Mania and Dementia - filled with vast, twisting dungeons mirroring the roots of the trees they are buried within. Players will encounter more than a dozen new creatures including hideous insects, Flesh Atronachs, skeletal Shambles, and amphibious Grummites. Throughout the adventure, players will discover all new items, ingredients, spells, and much more. Or, they can have the talented craftsmen of Crucible and Bliss forge new armor and weapons just for them.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, rated M for Mature, is now available at retail stores in North America for $29.99, while the Xbox 360 version is available through Xbox Live.
