Sudden Strike 2's Coming!

Ad Hoc-Announcement: CDV Software Entertainment produces the second part of the blockbuster "Sudden Strike"..

Following the great success of the title "Sudden Strike", CDV has concluded another production and publishing contract for "Sudden Strike 2" worth USD 2 mio with Fireglow, the Russian team of developers.

To date the first part has sold more than 600,000 copies worldwide and in 2001 was honoured, inter alia, with the Platinum Award by VUD (German Association of Entertainment Software). Altogether, Sudden Strike managed to hold its own in the German, English and French charts for more than a year.

In 2000, Sudden Strike succeeded in occupying the top spot in the German media control charts for seven weeks and in the German GfK charts for four weeks.

In France and in Japan too the title managed to make it to the top of the charts. In Belgium, Sweden and Holland it made it to position No. 2 and in Great Britain No. 4.

"The sequel "Sudden Strike 2" will be far better than the first part in terms of quality and will definitely be another milestone in the history of our company. We are expecting our turnover to be well into double figures in millions (DM)", is what Wolfgang Gäbler, chairman of the board and co-founder of CDV Software Entertainment AG had to say.

Publication in Germany is planned for the first half of 2002.
