Brixout XP - Features

by Rainier on Oct. 13, 2002 @ 7:43 a.m. PDT

Sunny Games has released Brixout XP - a fast-action non-violent game of skill and concentration for the entire family. This wonderful piece of software represents a fully three-dimensional twist on classic ball, paddle and bricks games such as Arkanoid and Breakout. Use the mouse, keyboard, joystick or gamepad to control the paddle, which moves at one side of the board, and hit the ball trying to destroy all bricks within the playing field. Inside some bricks you may find various power-ups that can help you or add additional obstacles. Once you have broken all bricks on the current level, you proceed to the next one, and when you complete all levels, you are teleported to another world (there are 4 different worlds in the game).

Brixout XP is extremely addictive and very fun to play. It boasts outstanding 32-bit graphics, advanced 3D engine, original soundtrack (an individual theme for each level) and professional sound effects. Add here over 80 unique levels, 4 different worlds, 30+ varieties of bricks and 20+ power-ups and you'll get the game that can keep you busy for months. You can also download additional level packs from the Sunny Games Web site for free or create your own ones. With three
levels of difficulty Brixout XP is suitable both for seasoned gamers and for those who prefer less challenge. When you are tired of playing the game alone, you may challenge your friends to play against you (the game supports the multiplayer mode with up to four players).
