The Sims Deluxe Edition from Electronic Arts combines the full version The Sims with the first in a series of Sims expansion packs, The Sims(TM) Livin' Large. The Sims Livin Large allows players to put their Sim families into zany situations and settings. Also included is The Sims Creator, an all new customization tool for creating Sims characters. Players can now re-create any Sim imaginable, right down to the smallest detail. Players can even import their own face into the program and put it directly on a Sim character. Users can also select new clothes, design original attire, add logos to their clothing and accessorize their Sims with belts, ties and jewelry. A 3D painting system allows final touch up and modification using colors or textures as paint.

Right Hemisphere's Deep Character technology used in The Sims Creator is designed to rapidly create customization applications for players and creators of 3D games. The user interface can be quickly developed to suit the exact usability requirements of any game player profile or market. Deep Character provides texturing, painting and parametric mesh editing capabilities. The end result can be designed to fit the "look and feel" of the game.
