In a timeless battle for the fate of the Earth and all humanity, the player assumes the role of the archangel Abaddon (name meaning “Destroyer”). Set in a dark contemporary environment, the fallen angel faces possessed zealots, demons and four giant, eternal forces of the Apocalypse: Pestilence, War, Famine, and Death. During this epic struggle, Abaddon must find and protect the three humans known as the Chosen. By strategically using and combining the powers of the Chosen, the archangel prepares for the ultimate battle against the Horsemen. Hand-to-hand, sword, and projectile combat combine with fantastic abilities to create a surreal, cinematic experience. Check out some screens, art, sketches and story ...

STORY

“And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat upon him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death and with the beasts of the earth. And so, the Four Horsemen were unleashed as foretold, and their names are Famine, Pestilence, War and Death.”

“I am the line that separates life from death, war from peace and good from evil. I am known as Abaddon. And though I walk through the shadow of death I shall fear no evil...”

“…because evil fears me.”

Abaddon stands between humanity and the destruction promised by the Horsemen’s coming.

He does not stand alone – for three mortals are born with the power to aid the archangel – and they are known as the “Chosen.” Unlike the Horsemen, the Chosen are unaware of their innate abilities and must be persuaded by Abaddon to defend mankind. Only if they can be found and brought together will Abaddon have a chance to defeat the Horsemen and banish them back to Hell.

The race is on: Abaddon must find the Chosen and act as their guardian against the Horsemen’s deadly power. Victory will fall to the Horsemen if they can kill any of the Chosen before their abilities are awakened and combined. If this comes to pass the world will perish in the fires of the Armageddon.
