Ducati Corse II Handlebars (PC/CONSOLE)

by Thomas on Dec. 2, 2002 @ 9:40 p.m. PST

CTO S.p.A., Italy's largest manufacturer of entertainment peripherals is now launching their Xtecnologies range in the UK. The range includes peripherals for PC, PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Game Cube, Game Boy Advance and Xbox formats. The newest addition to the Xtecnologies range is the Ducati Corse II handlebars. Whilst joypads and steering wheels satisfy the needs of car and flight game players, motorcyclists have previously been left empty handed, but now Xtechnologies meets their needs with the new Ducati Corse II for the PlayStation 2 & PC - exclusive to the two-wheeled players.

The realistic appearance and ergonomics make the Ducati Corse II feel like you're actually steering a motorbike. The two soft rubber handgrips increase acceleration when turned and even the 2 brakes have an Automatic Braking System (ABS). The angle of steering can be changed between 40o and 120o.

There are 3 different playing modes (Digital, Analogue and Negcon) and a vibration function. You can even personalise the handlebars with removable faring and Ducati stickers included in the box. Main features include:

PC & PS2 Compatible.

Auto Centring - auto detection of maximum operating angle.

15 active buttons.

6 steering angle restriction settings.

Analogue gas & brake controls.

Advanced functions: drive control system, Automatic Breaking System (ABS).

The Ducati Corse II is out now and has a SRP of £39.99.
