UbiSoft Announces Worms Battle Pack

Today it was announced that on 21 March 2002 Ubi Soft Entertainment will publish a bundle of the Worms series. The edition will contain the following Worms PC title at an extremely attractive price: Worms 2, Worms Armageddon and Worms World party.

Since end of the eighties the war hungry worms populate the computers. So far more than 5 millions copies of the series have been sold world-wide. Team 17's coming worms have ever since been an absolute racer on both the PC and on play consoles all around the world!

Included in the Worms Battle pack are now three successful sections of the series in one and the same edition :

Worms 2
The successor of Worms captivates by the cartoonish animations and the proven gameplay from action and strategy. Many features are non-standard configurable. With the multi-player mode one goes also on the Internet on the worm hunt (with up to 8 players per team).

Worms Armageddon
Still more weapons, hidden underwater attacks and an extended acoustic output: The mission design has more detail than ever before. Additional Minigames rounds off the Worms adventure.

Worms World party
Improved graphics and sound as well as an optimized Multiplayer mode refined new play modes. This Worms title offers the most different play versions: Tutorial (introduction mode), Deathmatch (who destroys first all worms of the opponent), artillery missions (the correct ammunition must be found before the attack or other functions be solve). An innovation in Worms World party is the so-called " Wormspot ". Thus, in a fast and attractive type, a few extra mouseclicks transform a normal Worms game into a totally new versions.
