THQ Inc. the #1 kids' videogame publisher, and Nickelodeon, the #1 kids' entertainment brand, today announced the release of "Hey Arnold! The Movie" for Game Boy Advance. The handheld interactive adventure is based on Paramount Pictures' and Nick Movies' first animated feature film featuring the characters from the "Hey Arnold!" hit TV show. The game is now available at retail outlets nationwide, so kids can play before the June 28 movie debut.

"THQ is delighted to be working with Nickelodeon on another of their celebrated animated feature films through our exclusive master license agreement," said Peter Dille, vice president of marketing, THQ. "The `Hey Arnold!' TV show continues to gain in popularity with kids and is a consistently ranked top five kids show among the 2-11 demographic. As the first Hey Arnold! interactive product, we anticipate a lot of interest from the Hey Arnold! fan base."

"THQ's unparalleled ability to deliver quality titles based on Nickelodeon's top properties makes them the ideal interactive partner," said Steve Youngwood, Vice President, Nickelodeon Media Products Group. "We look forward to the successful launch of `Hey Arnold! The Movie' for Game Boy Advance, alongside what we expect to be one of the most anticipated animated motion pictures for kids this summer." In "Hey Arnold! The Movie," players assume the role of Arnold, Gerald, Grandpa or Grandma as they rally friends and relatives to stop an unsavory businessman from tearing down their neighborhood to build a Super Beeper Emporium. The game features five environments with multiple levels set in Arnold's neighborhood, including the Future Tech Industries headquarters, Arnold's neighborhood and secret underground areas in and around the city.
