Visiontek Announce 2 New Editions To The 'Xtasy' Range

VisionTek today announce two new additions to its award winning range of graphic accelerator cards marketed under the Xtasy brand, the Xtasy GeForce4 MX420 PCI and the Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4200.
The Xtasy GeForce4 MX420 64MB PCI is the partner to the existing AGP version already shipping and winning very favourable awards and reviews. The VisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 MX 420 featuring the 166MHz GeForce4 MX 420 GPU delivers leading-edge performance and features and offers PC owners without an AGP port, the opportunity to experience fast and stunning graphics. This new VGA card also includes S-video connector and delivers fill rates of 1 billion texels/sec, and 31 million triangles/sec. Pricing is yet to be confirmed.

VisionTek's new Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4200 card offers superior performance and will offer the best performance-to-value ratio. The Xtasy GeForce4 Ti 4200 delivers all the GeForce4 Titanium features including the nfiniteFX™ II Engine, Accuview Antialiasing, nView™ multi-display technology and Lightspeed Memory Architecture™ II. With 128MB of 444 MHz DDR memory, a 250MHz GPU and the best feature set combination with VGA, DVI and TV out connectors the Xtasy Ti4200 looks set to achieve the same fame as the existing Ti4400 and Ti4600 products.

The Xtasy Ti4200 will also come bundled with Cyberlink PowerDVD™ and offer a six year warranty with on-line and telephone support. Two versions will be available, a 128MB version and a 64MB version, pricing and shipping dates are to be confirmed.
