Following in the footsteps of the original game, ATV Offroad Fury 2 provides intense offroad racing gameplay, packed with additional courses, large environments, extra modes, tricks, ATVs and all-new online gameplay via the Network Adaptor (Ethernet/Modem) (for PlayStation 2) for an immersive racing experience. ATV Offroad Fury2 will be available exclusively for the PS2, expected November 2002. Njoy the screens!

Developed by Rainbow Studios and produced by Sony Computer Entertainment America, San Diego development studios, ATV Offroad Fury 2 will allow players to choose from more than 20 ATVs including licensed models from various manufacturers. In addition, every featured ATV is realistically modeled, allowing for realistic handling and reaction in extreme weather and terrain such as mud, ice, snow and sand.
“In ATV Offroad Fury 2, we take advantage of the highly successful gameplay of its predecessor and present an even more, in-depth racing experience with all new features,” said Ami Blaire, director, product marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc.
“In addition, with the availability of online gameplay and i-LINK connectivity in ATV Offroad Fury 2, offroad racing will reach new heights on PlayStation 2.”

Playable from both first- and third-person perspectives, ATV Offroad Fury 2 offers players the ability to race in 40 massive environments through five event types, as well as compete in exciting new mini games including Tag, Soccer, King of the Hills and Treasure Hunt. The five event types include: Outdoor Integrated Environments, National courses, Supercross courses, Freestyle Stunt courses and a Training course.

ATV Offroad Fury 2 features seven race modes including: Practice, Lap Attack, Single Race, Pro Career, Duel, Relay and Time Elimination. For all modes, a full feature rider editor will allow the player to customize their own rider with their own name and number, clothing, helmet, boots, etc. In addition, a waypoint editor is available for players to create their own race within an Enduro environment. An all new soundtrack featuring top bands will be available, allowing players to choose a song or songs via the Jukebox.
