Sony Announces 'Klonoa Beach Volleyball'

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is delighted to announce the forthcoming release on PSOne of Klonoa Beach Volleyball, featuring the return of Namco's popular cast of characters.

Join in the fun on the beach as you test your skills in three game modes, Championship, Exhibition and Training. Addictive, easy to grasp gameplay means that Klonoa can be enjoyed by anyone who can pick up a joypad. Beach Volleyball is especially suited to the younger gamer with a special kids control feature which simplifies the control mechanism.

Klonoa and his ten pals can each call on their own unique special attacks utilising their inner potential to dazzle opponents. The knockabout fun is given extra spice with these extravagant shots taking on the form of lightning blasts, light contrails and other atmospheric fireworks. Spiking the ball takes on a whole new meaning when balls turn oblong due to the mighty velocity with which they are launched resulting in some grand slam gameplay.

Another fine feature is the option to share two joypads among four players for multi- player mayhem. Added to the crisp graphics and brisk gameplay Klonoa Beach Volleyball is the ultimate party game.
