by Rainier on July 2, 2002 @ 6:38 p.m. PDT

Lemon Interactive (yes, Lemon Interactive), is excited to announce that the ultimate bargain flight simulation meets action combat PC game, The Aces of World War I, is near completion and will to ship to stores in late-August 2002. This may be the first time you’ve heard of the Aces of World War I, but believe me, it won’t be the last.

Assuming the identity of a novice Allied Forces pilot in the midst of a World War I battle zone, players are challenged to complete a variety of combat intensive missions against the German Forces in order to progress through the game. Flying in one of six authentically rendered planes, players must combat all of the opposing ground, air and sea German forces, successfully adjust to constantly changing environments and weather and learn to adapt to the maneuverability of these classic planes if they intend to end the war victorious.

Aces of World War I is plain and simple find em’ and then shoot em’ up style fun.
