Duplex Systems proudly announces the development of its breathtaking massively multiplayer online roleplaying game named Face of Mankind to the public. Duplex Systems is a Frankfurt/Germany based developer specialized on online games.

Mining consists of diminishing raw materials from the outer planets and making a profit from these raw materials. Production is the part where these materials are produced into lots of different objects and components. The team of Duplex Systems made a lot of efforts to create a persuasive and always surprising background story. Throughout the entire game the player will always be a part of the continuing story, which is not scripted or computer controlled in any way. It is human controlled and always adapted after current player events in the game world. So, the player will influence and change the story.
Duplex Systems licensed technologies from LithTech, Inc., a Kirland/USA based 3D engine developer, and Lyra Studios, Inc., a Los Angeles based developer of the networking engine Destinations. Both companies have major experiences in their respective sectors with technologies proved over many years.
