Radon Announces 'Schwarzenberg'

by Rainier on Aug. 10, 2002 @ 5:09 a.m. PDT

Radon Labs, developers of the upcoming action/adventure game Project Nomads, announced its latest project for Xbox and PC platforms, Schwarzenberg.

Described as a mixture of the adventure and shooter genre’s and set in 1945, Schwarzenberg is based on historical accounts of the time period. During the events of the game, a mysterious order stops the Allied Armies from entering a town in the valleys of Erzgebirge, the town of Schwarzenberg. As the rumors about the small town mount, some of which include that it could be a Nazi stronghold or storage to plundered treasure, players take on the role of a lone scientist attached to the Secret Service Mission sent into the town.

As it stands, Schwarzenberg doesn’t have a publisher and, while further details on the upcoming game have yet to be disclosed, the first bit of artwork can be seen here.
