Ubi Soft Announces 'IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles' - Features

Ubi Soft Entertainment today announced features of IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles, its forthcoming expansion pack for use with the multi-award winning IL-2 Sturmovik World War II combat flight simulation. The expansion pack will add 30 new missions, 27 additional flyable aircraft and a new dynamic campaign system offering almost limitless replayability. IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles is expected to ship to North American retail shelves this winter, with an MSRP of $19.99.

IL-2 Sturmovik: Forgotten Battles is the first expansion pack for the hugely popular, multi-award winning IL-2 Sturmovik World War II combat flight simulation. The expansion pack is being created by the original IL-2 Sturmovik's developer, 1C Maddox Games, assuring the high level of quality, detail and realism that flight simulation enthusiasts demand. It includes three new maps for both single and multiplayer play, including the Finnish gulf from Helsinki to Leningrad, the Balaton Lake area of Hungary, and L'vov covering the Ukraine and Poland.
