GarageGames Launches 'Mutant Storm'

by Rainier on Aug. 8, 2003 @ 12:51 p.m. PDT

GarageGames announced today it has launched the award-winning Mutant Storm for Windows. "The initial response to Mutant Storm confirms it is a hit title ready to be discovered by a larger fan base," comments Michael Michael, PomPom Co-Founder. "As an independent developer, getting the word out, even with the critical acclaim Mutant Storm has achieved, is a real challenge. Teaming with GarageGames is the next step for gaining that larger exposure."

"Mutant Storm is about the most 'tested' game in the Garage, we can’t seem to be able to stop 'testing' it," said Jay Moore, Evangelist for GarageGames. "Mutant Storm raises the bar for addictive, fun, retro-arcade-style gameplay."

About Mutant Storm:

Having garnered the PC Gamer Game of Distinction, this homage to Robotron takes the player through 89 levels of psychedelic 3D arenas that get ever more crowded with nasty beasties. This carnival of frenetic fun is showcased in a cutting-edge graphics extravaganza.
