Return to Mysterious Island, a puzzle/adventure game is based on the novel by Jules Verne, follows Mina, a strong young woman alone on a round-the-world sailing expedition. Caught in a tremendous storm, she is stranded on the shores of a wild and uninhabited island. As she explores her new surroundings, she uncovers artifacts, living spaces and technologies left behind by the people who came before her to this uncharted island.

Return to Mysterious Island follows the journey of Mina, a strong young woman alone on a round-the-world sailing expedition, competing for the “Jules Verne
Trophy.” Trapped in a tremendous storm, she becomes stranded on the shores of a wild and apparently uninhabited island. Through exploration of her new
surroundings, she uncovers artifacts, living spaces and technologies left behind by the people who came before her to this uncharted island.

Creating a new life, Mina uses her survival skills against the wilds of the jungle. She soon becomes aware of a figure in the shadows who offers her assistance. She
eventually identifies this figure as the unsettled ghost of Captain Nemo, whose body is located inside Granite House. Piecing together the hints and clues he provides, Mina must locate Nemo’s body and give him a proper burial. Once she frees his tortured soul, she will uncover the location of the mysterious Nautilus, which holds the key to escape.

Players will solve a variety of intuitive and non-linear puzzle challenges while employing the various technologies found on the Nautilus to assist them on their
return to civilization. The game also offers photo-realistic pre-rendered graphics, an easy to use point-and-click interface and a unique inventory system where items
may be combined and dismantled for use throughout the game.
