'WebWars Arena' - Screens

by Rainier on April 23, 2004 @ 2:01 a.m. PDT

WebWars Arena is a Real-Time Strategy Game, which is generally based on the "Capture the Flag" game principle. The goal of the game is to capture the enemy flag and bring it into the home base. You win, if you reach a defined number of captures. Read more for details and screens ...

The player does not have to construct buildings as in other Real-Time-Strategy-games. You get a certain amount of money at the beginning of the game to build your units. If one of your units is destroyed you get the invested money back to build new units. Additionally every unit has a special ability like dropping mines, flying or teleporting. These abilities are very helpful to capture the enemy-flag and to secure yours.

You can also increase your unit skills by picking up some items. These items can be found at special "item-places". There are different types of items: The green ones increase your health, the yellow ones give you special abilities (invisibility, speed….), the red ones hurt enemy units and the blue items work globally against all enemies.

WebWars Arena is especially made for team-play. Fight together with and against your friends from all over the world in exciting 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 or even in 4 on 4 matches or just train against the computer or in the single-player missions.
