by Rainier on May 3, 2004 @ 4:21 p.m. PDT

Playlogic International unveils upcoming titles at the E3 game exhibition in Los Angeles. New games include; Inuits (PS2, PC) and Xyanide for GBA, N-Gage and Symbian phones. In addition, visitors can get a first look at 'Project Delta' and, behind closed doors only, a first look at project 'Snap'. The finished games; Cyclone Circus (PS2), Xyanide (Xbox), Airborne Troops (PC & PS2) and Alpha Black Zero (PC) can be played at the booth.

Inuits, developed by Widescreen Games (Lyon, France), is a fairytale-like action adventure, where players battle through an environment filled with ice caves and volcano's. Inuits is a mix between exploration, hand-to-hand combat and use of magical powers.

Engine Software has converted the shoot-'m-up Xyanide, to the Game Boy Advance (GBA) platform which was originally developed for Xbox Live by Playlogic Game Factory. Playlogic has given licenses for this title to both, Engine Software (GBA) and Overloaded Pocket Media (N-Gage & Symbian phones). Overloaded is a subsidiary company of the Dutch entertainment firm Endemol.

A life-size version of the vehicle used in Engine's latest racing title, currently in development, will be on the Playlogic booth.

Playlogic Game Factory is currently working on 'Project Delta' (working title), the third in-house title to be produced. This next Gen, FPS shooter is being developed by approximately 50 developers in the new studio in Breda (The Netherlands).

'Snap' (working title), 'a shooter with a big difference' will be developed by Widescreen Games. 'Snap' is available at the booth for selected viewing only.

As well as revealing new titles and showing the finished games, Playlogic International N.V. will use its booth at E3 to look for new, high quality games to publish and to meet distributors and other key strategic partners.

C.E.O. Willem M. Smit; "The ongoing growth of Playlogic is the result of our high standards in publishing and developing. We will welcome distributors to our booth at E3. We would like to continue to build strong and long term relationships and we are constantly on the look out for games that match our definition of AAA product".

The Playlogic booth will be situated in the West Hall of the LA Convention Center from May 12-14. The booth number is 2340.
