Climax Appoints New LA Studio President

Climax today announced the appointment of David Schwartz as President of its one-year-old Los Angeles Studio. With over 12 years experience managing product development and technology in the video game industry, David is the perfect person to steer the company to even greater heights after its hugely successful debut year in the US.

David comes to Climax from WildTangent, a leading online game publisher, where he excelled in the role of Vice President of Development. At Climax, David will oversee project development at the thriving LA studio. Combining exceptional leadership skills with solid business acumen, he will assume ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the American office continues to produce quality games on schedule and within budget.

With a resume that features a string of hits, including such notable titles as the million-selling NFL Blitz and critically acclaimed Mortal Kombat III, David’s track record is impressive. In total, he has been responsible for shipping over 50 games, all of which have been completed on-time, a remarkable feat that speaks volumes about his commitment, professionalism and dedication.
