Majesco Holdings today announced Cartoon Network Block Party for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance has shipped to retail. Developed by One Man Band, Cartoon Network Block Party complements Majesco's successful Cartoon Network Speedway game released earlier last year.

"Cartoon Network Block Party is a great addition to our lineup of quality licensed games, and fans of Cartoon Network will definitely enjoy playing as their favorite characters," said Ken Gold, Vice President of Marketing for Majesco. "With its dynamic game boards and variety of mini-games, Cartoon Network Block Party offers a challenging competition with plenty of depth."

"When kids play games on the go, they want their favorite characters and the chance to play a number of different games," said John Friend, senior vice president, Cartoon Network Enterprises. "With Cartoon Network Block Party, we bring together some of our top characters in very cool environments. We think Game Boy Advance players will love it."

Cartoon Network Block Party allows up to four players to compete "party style" on each of the game's four colorful boards themed to a specific Cartoon Network show, including Johnny Bravo, Ed, Edd 'n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog and Cow and Chicken. The game also features 14 unique mini-games including: Grand Prix, Strike a Pose, Greased Porkbutts, Backyard Boogie, Skatin' the U and many others. Cartoon Network fans can choose from six different characters in a race to determine who can reach the goal square first with all goal conditions satisfied.

Cartoon Network Block Party is currently available nationwide for a suggested retail price of $19.99
