About Judy

As WP's managing editor, I edit review and preview articles, attempt to keep up with the frantic pace of Rainier's news posts, and keep our reviewers on deadline, which is akin to herding cats. When I have a moment to myself and don't have my nose in a book, I like to play action/RPG, adventure and platforming games.

'The Urbz: Sims in the City' (GBA) Goes Gold

by Judy on Sept. 1, 2004 @ 10:17 a.m. PDT

The Sims have hit the city and this time it’s all about their reputation. Help save the city of Miniopolis from Daddy BigBucks’ evil takeover by maintaining your rep level and becoming the biggest player in the city. For the first time, you are able to control your Urb 24/7 in the city that never sleeps.

Link up to four Game Boy Advance handhelds in the Multiplayer CafĂ© and compete in minigames, unlock new features and play for “rares.” Visit up to 25 locations including Urbania, Sim Quarter, Glasstown and the Bayou to interact with other Urbz, master minigames and collect over 120 new objects.

The Urbz: Sims in the City for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance will be available on November 16 and will be rated E by the ESRB. Also be on the lookout for the Urbz: Sims in the City toys coming this November distributed by Atomic Toys. For more information on The Urbz, visit the official website.
