Amazon Cancels 'Xbox 360 Ultimate Bundle' Orders

If you were amongst the tons of people who pre-ordered their Xbox 360 Ultimate Bundle on Amazon.com two months prior to its launch, you probably received some bad news, your order got cancelled. Amazon came to the conclusion that none of their sources could actually provide them with the materials they promoted in said bundle. Read more for details ..

How is it that a big company such as Amazon is allowed to con people into ordering a product that apparently does not exist? Shouldn't this be confirmed ahead of time?

Here is the full letter that was send out earlier :

Hello from Amazon.com.

We are sorry to report that we will not be able to obtain the following item from your order:

"Xbox 360 Ultimate Bundle - Mature"

Though we had expected to be able to send this item to you, we've since found that it is not available from any of our sources at this time. We realize this is disappointing news to hear, and we apologize
for the inconvenience we have caused you.

We have cancelled this item from your order.
