Greg Koler Takes Over As Infinium Labs CEO/President

Infinium Labs has officially named Greg Koler as its CEO and President with board approval for its operations mandate. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors and is effective immediately.

Koler also assumes the position of interim CFO Officer and board officer having recently served as interim CEO and President as well as heading Infinium Labs in Europe. Koler will run Infinium's overall group business operations from the Seattle headquarters. In this new position, he will also continue in his role as the head of Infinium Labs Inc.

According to board director of Infinium Labs Richard Angelloti, "This is a pivotal year for the Phantom Game Service and this new structure enables the company to streamline its operation and provides a more cohesive focus for launching both the game service and our Phantom Lapboard into market in a proactive and strategic manner. I firmly believe that the current management team has laid the foundations for future growth. Our business operations plan has been revitalized and a more efficient production, sales and distribution platform established to activate our launch program in 2006," said Angelloti.

Greg Koler 49, brings over 15 years experience in the broadband gaming content and interactive TV services sector. As founding strategic sales director for TDK Mediactive and TDK Recording Media Europe, General Manager of the European subsidiary Gemstar TV Guide International, Inc, and consultant and advisor for SOFTBANK Broadmedia (SBBM) Europe and Japan, Koler was also a founding director of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe.
