Reef Entertainment Signs 'Liquidator' And 'Utopia City'

by Rainier on Jan. 31, 2006 @ 4:17 a.m. PST

Reef Entertainment has acquired the worldwide rights, outside of Russia and the former soviet states, to publish Play Ten's 'Liquidator' and 'Utopia City,' developed by Parallax Art Studios, and both scheduled for release Q2 2006

Liquidator is an exciting FPS set in the Future where there are no wars and civilization has reached a level in which Earth has warm interstellar relationships with three similar worlds – information is freely exchanged between them – all is harmony until one day all communication stops between the 4 worlds and Earth is under threat.

Utopia City is set in 2091 where a parallel virtual world, based on the real life town of Postville, begins to take on a life of its own and threatens normal life as it really is.

Peter Rezon stated “We are really pleased to be working with Play Ten Interactive and are looking forward to this being the start of a long and fruitful commercial relationship for both parties.” He added that these 2 important signings were the first of a number of titles targeted for the first half of 2006, with a move into PSP and PS2 titles in Q4 not out of reach.

CEO of Play Ten Interactive, Stas Kim said: “We are also glad to start working with Reef Entertainment. No doubt it will be mutually beneficial cooperation with long successful business story”

Further information on both titles can be accessed on www.liquidator2.com and www.utopiareal.com
