MS Saga: A New Dawn for the PS2 is an epic role-playing title where mech aficionados and casual gamers alike can customize their very own mobile suits for the first time. Players can craft a long range full-armored assault mech or metamorphose an agile warrior for dangerous hand-to-hand combat.

The mobile suits featured include:

  • Gundam RX-78: mobile suit that is equipped with beam saber and shield
  • Gundam Kai: Gundam RX-78 outfitted with a gatling gun and shoulder cannon for ranged attacks
  • Hyaku Shiki: a gold mobile suit with a unique internal structure and mobility system
  • Hyaku Shiki Kai: the Hyaku Shiki with modified shoulder armor carrying an atomic bazooka
  • Zaku 01: the first successful mobile suit, typically green
  • Zaku 01 Kai: the Zaku 01 modified with fanciful armor

"MS Saga: A New Dawn" features an original storyline, characters and world with dozens of mobile suits that can be customized with 60 optional parts, 200 interchangeable parts and weaponry for a unique RPG experience. With 39 fully customizable base model mobile suits, it's up to the gamer to determine the right balance for the beautifully detailed characters designed by Akira Yasuda, best known for his work with the Street Fighter series.

"MS Saga: A New Dawn" is scheduled to ship February 2006.
