Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

Heroes of Might & Magic V (PC)

"Today we celebrate the return of the beloved Might and Magic franchise with Heroes of Might and Magic V, enhanced and revamped but still holding true to the values of the series that its loyal fans love and demand," said Tony Key, vice president of marketing at Ubisoft. In the renowned Might & Magic universe, demon swarms spread chaos over the land in a relentless assault. Players have the ability to become strategy gaming legends by raising unique hero characters, assembling armies and defeating enemies using the brand-new dynamic battle system both offline and online.

Jaws (PS2/Xbox/PC)

Majesco today announced it has shipped JAWS Unleashed for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and the PC. The video game is developed through a licensing agreement with Universal Studios Consumer Products Group.

"More than thirty years after its theatrical release, JAWS lives on inpopular culture as one of the most memorable and truly terrifying movies of all time," said Ken Gold, vice president of marketing, Majesco Entertainment. "We're proud to adapt this landmark film into a unique interactive experience that lets you play as one of Nature's most powerful and fearsome creatures, the Great White Shark."

Amity Island is growing, making corporate connections with prestigiouscompanies like Environplus to improve the Island's economy. Unfortunately the increased population around the Island and recent industrial activity has also attracted one of Earth's most fearsome creatures -- YOU, a Great White Shark.

JAWS Unleashed delivers a free-roaming experience in an underwater environment teaming with life. As JAWS, players will connect with the primal instinct to continually feed or risk starvation. JAWS can perform a variety of underwater, surface and air attacks to terrorize the island community and destroy everything in its path. In addition, gamers can enjoy the thrill of the hunt to the instantly recognizable John Williams score from the original film.

Lemmings (PSP)

Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year and developed by Team 17, Lemmings keeps true to the game's original franchise theme, testing players' wits and reflexes as they guide a group of hapless little creatures from entrance point to exit point through various hazard-filled stages.

"Lemmings has been a successful franchise for the past 15 years and is ideal for gamers on-the-go to play anytime, anywhere with its quick-pace and challenging, yet satisfying levels," said Susan Nourai, director, online and product marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment America. "With classic gameplay and PlayStation Portable exclusive features, we expect Lemmings to appeal to a wide range of gamers, including those familiar with the franchise and those new to the game."

Lemmings for the PSP system revamps the well-revered and addictive puzzle game with never-before-seen levels, updated graphics, a new mix of music, and an extensive level editor that allows players to build unique, custom-created levels and share them online with others. With potential dangers lurking at every step, including extreme cliffs, raging rivers, blistering lava pits, mechanical spikes and other barriers, players must utilize wits and quick thinking to guide the Lemmings safely through these treacherous hurdles to reach the end of each course. The game challenges players to navigate its perilous levels by instructing the Lemmings to bash, dig, build, climb, mine, bomb, and float their way to safety.

With more than 150 brain-teasing levels, including 20 all-new maze-like puzzles exclusive for PSP, the Lemmings is enticing for gamers of all ages and skill levels. Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis (X360)

Developed by Rockstar San Diego, Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis is a perfectly focused, addictive experience that features 11 playable characters from around the world, over 15 international arenas and supports up to 8 player tournaments via Xbox Live.

Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis for Xbox 360 is rated "E" for Everyone, retails for $39.99 and will reach European retail shelves on May 26th, 2006 for a price of EUR 39.99, and GBP 29.99 in the UK.

Rogue Trooper (PS2/Xbox/PC)

Rogue Trooper is a mix of intense 3rd person action and next generation stealth elements, with complex line-of-sight AI, multiple game paths, full tactical use of your bio-chip operated equipment and both single- and multiplayer online gameplay.

Set on the war-torn, poisoned atmosphere of Nu Earth, Rogue Trooper is a genetic infantryman (G.I.), one of an elite squad of biologically-engineered clone troops, created to overcome the planet's hostile atmosphere, unhindered in their fight against the enemy, the Nort Republic. After witnessing the betrayal and annihilation of his squad at the Quartz Zone Massacre, Rogue has gone AWOL, determined to hunt down the traitor who sent his brothers-in-arms to their deaths.

Monster Hunter Freedom (PSP)

Building upon Monster Hunter and Monster Hunter G (Japanese release only), which were originally released on the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, Monster Hunter Freedom is the ultimate package, including new quests, additional features and content adapted for the PSP system. Adventurers are now free to take their epic battles with them wherever they go, as they hunt extraordinary monsters in a stunning game world brought to life with some of the best graphics seen on the system. With a multitude of quests, characters, weapons and more, the variety is virtually limitless. Players can partake in enhanced single player campaigns as well as multiplayer quests via the PSP system’s ad hoc mode which allows up to four friends to band together for intense battles.
