'Fastlane Pinball' Goes Gold

by Rainier on May 8, 2006 @ 10:48 a.m. PDT

Merscom today announced that Fastlane Pinball has gone gold in North America, and is available for online purchase.

"Fastlane Pinball is a great addition to our publishing portfolio of casual games," said Lloyd Melnick, Director of Merscom. "High production quality and addictive gameplay make this game an excellent value, which is what we strive to offer our customers ~ fun games at reasonable prices."

"We're very excited to see the game released in so many countries," said Frank Litjens, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Framework Studios. "Merscom did a really great job placing it in as many channels as possible. We also can't wait to see what the Global Online Tournament will bring in terms of players and scores, so let's see who will become the Fastlane Pinball Champion of 2006."

Featuring a real-time 3D physics model and advanced 3D graphics, ~Fastlane Pinball~ delivers arcade satisfaction unlike any other pinball sim. Players can test their reflexes on the flippers in ~Fastlane Pinball~ as firetrails, explosions, close-up camera action, split-screen views and old-school display games are thrust onscreen.

Challenging missions like Subway Blowout, Jailbreak, and Monorail Maze give players a chance to pack pizzas for a buck, race police cars during a highway chase, or try one~s luck on the slot machines. Players can also use combo shots to send pinball scores through the roof.

Fastlane Pinball offers network play via a unique ghostballing feature that allows players to compete head-to-head.
