'StateShift' (PSP) - 8 New Screens

by Rainier on Aug. 16, 2006 @ 2:04 a.m. PDT

StateShift is an arcade racing game set in the not so distant future. Where civilisation is crumbling under the stress of the depletion of natural resources, a group of free spirits from around the world race in illegal races at the most spectacular locations. And there are no rules.

StateShift, previously known as PSP Racing, set in a SciFi dark industrial environment, gives an instant adrenaline rush and a fast, dynamic, racing experience. This racing game offers a great variety of gameplay features, extra characters and game modes to ensure lasting appeal. The futuristic street racer exploits the unique features of the PlayStation Portable including network and connectivity options.

Ruud van de Moosdijk, Engine Software's Head of Development: "We acquired an official license from Sony and we are proud to present StateShift as a launch title. We feel the PSP will enrich the games industry, and we have high expectations for this new device. The PSP offers so many features that it is best described as a portable entertainment system, rather than only a gaming handheld."
