This update is for v1.1 of Caesar IV and brings it up to v1.2. This is a required update. This update can be used with retail and digitally downloaded copies of the game and addresses issues with the game editor, user interface, online game, and various other issues reported by the community.
Patch 1.1 is only necessary for English (North America, UK) versions of the game sold in the retail box. Non-English and digital download versions of the game do not need this patch. The patch fixes an issue with the Caesar IV Online feature.
