Left Behind: Eternal Forces GOLD version will include substantial enhancements from the original product, such as new missions, new multiplayer modes, and an all-new faction with single-player and co-op skirmish modes. Additional features on the drawing board include higher-quality building and environmental graphics and special effects.

The new Left Behind: Eternal Forces GOLD version is anticipated to include substantial enhancements from the original product, as well as everything gamers enjoyed in the original version. There will be new missions, new multiplayer modes, and an all-new faction with single-player and co-op skirmish modes. Additional features on the drawing board include higher-quality building and environmental graphics and special effects. Multiplayer users are expected to be able to check their worldwide statistical standings online on multiplayer leaderboards.

"We did our best to listen to comments from Core Gamers and Left Behind fans," says Left Behind Games Inc. co-founder and CEO, Troy Lyndon. "We expect this new game release to further our lead as publisher of one of the fastest selling 'inspirational games' ever."

Management at Left Behind Games made the decision to merge the new product plan with previous expansion pack plans, rather than sell them separately. The company is currently planning a special marketing program for registered users of the game to receive a discount when buying the new GOLD version of Left Behind: Eternal Forces.

The game themes are based on the best-selling "Left Behind" book series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins, which has sold more than 63 million copies worldwide.

Left Behind: Eternal Forces GOLD has an expected release date of October 1, 2007.
