Midas Signs 'StateShift' (PSP)

Revealed a few months ago, StateShift is an original sci-fi racing title, set in a not too distant future, focusses on illegal racing competitions around the future Earth where economical instability, and depletion of resources has led to a series of bloody conflicts.

Engine Software, developer based in the Netherlands, today announces that it has signed a publishing deal with British publisher Midas Interactive Ltd. regarding the release of its PSP title “StateShift” in European territories.

StateShift has been in development at Engine Software, and is in the final stages of production as we speak. The game, set in a not too distant future, focusses on illegal racing competitions around the future Earth where economical instability, and depletion of resources has led to a series of bloody conflicts. StateShiftTM boasts various single player modes including an expansive Career Mode, and adrenalin pumping ad-Hoc multiplayer mode.

Ivo Wubbels, CEO at Engine Software said: “The development of StateShift has been highly productive and a great experience for the team and myself here at Engine Software. Now we are close to completion, I am personally very happy to announce the partnership with Midas Interactive Ltd and anticipate a hugely successful release of StateShift into the European market.“

Engine Software and Midas Interactive will will be releasing further information, including news and media, in the next few weeks. A release date and price point have not yet been confirmed, but the game is in it’s final stages, so watch this space! Engine Software will also be looking to establish further partnerships in the North American and Asian markets over the coming months.
