During a Blues Brothers concert in Edmonton, Canada, Dan Aykroyd confirmed the existence of the Ghostbusters game, which he reveals has now been picked up by Universal, after it purchased the rights from Sony. Retiring from his 30 year acting career, now a registered Canadian importer and distributor for Patron tequila, he will once again become Ghostbusters' Dr. Raymond Stantz, and is said to go into the motion capture studio for the game development somewhere "next year."

All four members of the movie team (Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Bill Murray and Harold Ramis) will lend their voices and likenesses to the game, which is set in the '90s after Ghostbusters II.
