Wednesday, July 18, 2007 Shipping Announcements

by Rainier on July 18, 2007 @ 9:45 a.m. PDT

Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

NCAA Football 08 (PS2/Xbox/PS3/X360)

Featuring all-new Skill Performance and a deeper Dynasty Mode, gamers can boost the motivation level of teammates by taking control and making big plays. With all-new My Shrine, the ability to experience real-time weather conditions and updates provided by The Weather Channel, and exciting plays like the Statue of Liberty, NCAA Football 08 recreates everything that's great about college football.

Players can lead by example and control the action on the field! By improving their players' personal ratings on each big play, rising stars gradually increase their sphere of influence - with other players and scouts. Players can now experience enhanced recruiting by utilizing the Dynasty Mode's all-new prospect search tool to hone in on incoming players with specific skills. NCAA® Football 08 also features a new Campus Legend Mode. To develop a Campus Legend, players must attend practice, learn the playbook, and earn reps as a college freshman. Players can keep the game moving by utilizing simulation engine system to fast-forward through events you're not participating in.

Accomplishments and highlights can now be relived in My Shrine, a personal Hall of Fame that stores trophies, custom photos, video highlights and more. Gamers can save and share their greatest moments by creating video highlights of their favorite plays and show them off online or download their instant classics to their PC and share with friends.

NCAA Football 08, rated E, is available on the PS2, PS3, and Xbox, and Xbox 360.
