In an SpikeTV interview SCEA CEO Jack Tretton stated that it had just signed a PS3 exclusive development agreement with Rockstar for an all-new franchise, saying it is NOT L.A. Noire (whether that means it went multi-platform was, of course, not mentioned). SCEA's Director of 3rd Party Relations Michael Shorrock confirmed this, but further details could not be disclosed as per agreement with Rockstar and Take-Two Interactive.
